WHAT WE DO

  • Philosophy
  • Vision and Mission
  • Change Theory
Historically, socio-cultural change has been achieved by people with the vision, knowledge and skills needed to promote it. These capabilities can be learned by stakeholders in all areas of human endeavor, in order to move from the culture of violence toward culture of peace.
Our vision is that more and more citizens of this planet will become proactive agents of the kinds of changes we all want to see in the world.
Our mission is to overcome the culture of violence and promote a culture of peaceful coexistence and good living, by training agents of social change to build a culture of peace.
Most people want a better world and would like to work towards it, but often do not know where to start or lack the tools to do so. By learning to question the mental models that obstruct social change and developing the capabilities needed to promote it, they free their potential to fulfill their wish to become agents of change towards a culture of peace.
